Ivy was born and raised in the city of Chicago, Illinois and has earned a Bachelors in Sociology and a MFA in Library Sciences from state universities in Illinois. Her career as a high school librarian has given her great joy for more than twenty years. The highlight of her day is being able to influence the young minds of the future with the knowledge provided by her love of books. The best part of her night is being home with her husband and two actively amazing teenagers.

Keisha is an artist, travel enthusiast, wife and mother of two. She has been a mental health professional for children and families for over 15 years. Michael Blair

Founder/President/Educator/Professional Athlete/Motivational Speaker

Michael Blair is the Founder and President of Ninety10 Sports. Blair is an educator and a gifted communicator. He graduated from Ball State University with a Journalism Degree with an emphasis in Graphic Design. Blair played football for Ball State from 1992-1996 including two appearances in the Las Vegas Bowl and ran track in 1996. Blair is a former NFL player (Green Bay Packer) and has played seasons in NFL Europe, the XFL, and Arena football for over 10 years. In the fall of 2016/17, Blair trained hard to become an Olympic hopeful, by becoming a member of the Jamaican Bobsleigh Team. As an instructor at Thornwood High School, his Alma Mater, Blair motivates his students daily. He is also a Keynote Speaker and teaches students of all ages Executive Functioning skills which include time management, daily, weekly planning, and organizational skills.
